It is a mere 5/6 minutes walk to the beautiful, safe, sandy beach at Playa Flamingo, where you will find cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, and just a further 10 minute walk into the town centre with it's wonderful shops, and seafront cafes and restaurants. Magnificently equipped with everything possibly provided to maximise the enjoyment of your holiday, the villa has 3 bedrooms, one ensuite, 2 bathrooms, fully fitted modern kitchen, spacious lounge with satellite TV, DVD, Playstation & Hi Fi. Patio doors from both lounge and bedroom lead to a large electrically heated pool with huge sunbathing terraces, sun beds, umbrellas and patio furniture. Beautifully planted gardens with surrounding wall to ensure your privacy. Without doubt you will not want to leave this idyllic holiday villa! Area Details The villa is located just a few minutes walk from the beautiful Playa Flamingo beach, where you will also find supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. The town centre is just a further 10 minutes walk. Playa Blanca is situated on the south coast of the island and has the best of the weather and sunshine. It has been tastefully developed and has spectacular beaches, in particular the famous Papagayo which is just a few minute drive from the villa. The town has a lovely pedestrianised shopping area as well as many seaside bars, cafes and excellent restaurants. The harbour where you can catch the ferry to Fuerteventura is a few minutes walk away. There is also a stunning new marina with it's cafes and restaurants.
All in all, a magnificent place to have the holiday you've dreamt of!
